I can't tell you for your own protection, Johnny. MOFO is a cruel phuck though. Maybe he will enlighten you.

Buzzy, it's probably because you did something different than you are accustomed to. You worked your arms in a different neural pattern than usual. You stressed different fibers at different angles putting tension in places that you hadn't before or at least in a while.

Damn you Buzzy....a few days ago I did incline curls where I did half a rep then back down followed by a full rep and that took a good toll on me...I like the pain pal. Give me the info...24s don't show up on google. I need a new variation to try.

same as 21's, set of half curls, followed by reverse curls, followed by full curls without a break. do 3 sets of these and your arms will feel like buz's

Found em on youtube at 2:35 mark.
Looks like one hell of a workout to be done tomorrow.
Looks like I need to buy an e-z curl bar first off.

Johnny, no need for the curl bar. They are easier on the wrist though. Do these at the end of the workout or you won't be able to finish your other exercises. Phucken brutal, pal!

I need the phucking bar anyways for a little variation. Been meaning to get one. Definitely going to be used to rape me after my original workout is done. I can't wait to be dragging my arms all day.
