Sportsbetting.com: How may I help you today?

you: A very long time ago (in February) I made withdrawals from you guys

you: I was part of apparently a big problem where multiple people's checks bounced

you: My two checks totalling ~$2400 bounced

you: i followed the procedures to send the copies of those checks to you guys more than 5 weeks ago

you: I would like to know the status of when exactly those checks are going to be re-issued and sent to me.

Sportsbetting.com: I see that the checks were requested on Feb 20 2008 was processed on Feb 21 2008. I understand that the checks has been bounced and we have received the documents you have sent.

you: yes, i already said that. I wnt to know the progress that's been made and exactly when i'm going to get that money back

Sportsbetting.com: We see that a request has already been sent to the withdrawal department informing them to re-issue a new check. They are working on this issue on priority to have the check issued again and avoid any further delays.

you: don't give me the same b.s. info that i got five weeks ago

Sportsbetting.com: I understand that we have been informing the same for a long time now, and how frustrating it is to keep you waiting for your own money. Please understand that sometimes due to certain unavoidable circumstances which are out of our control, such instances occur. We have been checking this with our processor and inquiring about the same.

you: i want new information

Sportsbetting.com: Please be informed that few of our players have the same concern and we are working closely to resolve this issue at the earliest.

you: like i said -- new information

you: not copying and pasting from some form

you: or script

Sportsbetting.com: I apologize for the inconvenience.

Sportsbetting.com: Please be assured that the issue would be resolved very soon.

you: yolu said that five weeks ago

Sportsbetting.com: I understand that there has been no intimation sent to you on the status of your check. However, once we receive an update from our withdrawal department we will surely keep you informed about the status.

you: why can't i talk with the person(s) who are investigating my issue

you: obviously you don't know anything and are worthless to me

Sportsbetting.com: I am sorry to inform that they do not have a direct contact number.

For these types of things, the people that you have to talk to never have a direct number. It's like trying to get help from ebay

Have heard many bad things about this sportsbetting.com site

This seems like a situation where SBR could probably help you get it resolved a little faster. These guys are paying now as I have received my last two withdraws in less than a weeks time.
