I heard about a couple kids that would go to Las Vegas and play blackjack at different casinos if they won they would cash out the winnings but if they lost they would grab their cash back and when casino stopped them would say they were under 21 and be thrown out but kept their cash.

No casino would let any underage person keep anything they won. They would be asked to leave.

it is illegal to be in the casino area under 21. they are constantly walking around asking for id's. if he is carded and isnt 21 they will escort him out. Been there done that got that t shirt a long time ago. If he wins lets say a jackpot then he will forfeit all winnings. If he is caught drinking inside he will be arrested. they wont arrest him just for playing unless he is a repeat offender.

Hell, my good looking ass got carded at the Main Cage of Sunset just cashing in 5 20's for a big note. I wonder if they would of tried to keep my 20's if I was under age.

First time I got carded cashing in cash for cash.

The casino could lose their license if they let them keep the money.

Not sure how they grabbed their money back, when the cash goes into a cash box before/after chips are given out.

True this only works if the casino doesn't catch them gambling underage as obviously they wouldn't be allowed to play much less cash out winnings if they were caught underage

You can bet cash money if you like onlooker, just put the cash in the circle and say money plays instead of turning your cash into chips

we already thought about that(which most likely what we will try to do)....we are just trying to see what happens if he gets carded before he wants to cash out.(while hes sitting at a table)

Good idea, but in the heat of the moment, that could be forgotten. Remember he just got done pulling one over on them at the tables. So don't get to ballsy.

I figured that after I posted, but they would go one hand and done? That seems point less if they lost. Plus I am sure they would be 86'ed from the casino.

Yes, but you have to understand these are a couple of teenagers who might put down a 100 each on the hand money plays which is alot of money to them, perhaps if they won they would even play more hands I'm not sure, but this is likely just a quick hit try to get lucky win couple hundred and hit the door scheme

ivey had a fake ID with the name jamal. when he turned 21 he apologized to the people he played with. They will card you, if you are already playing and then they decide to card you, they will keep all of your chips. If you dont get carded, no worries.

Just get him a good ID. Easy peasy.

If he doesn't have a good ID, don't bother. It's not worth the risk.

I've been to Atlantic City a lot of times, and I used to go all the time underage 10 years ago. Now, it sucks. Here's the deal. Any decent place like the Borgata, Ballys, Trump, etc.. will ask you for ID at least once while you're at the table. Especially, on new games when people are cashing in for chips. The dealer says "change of xxx", and the pitboss looks at her, ok's it, and scans the table. The pitboss will come over anyways after 5-10 min to scan your comp card. Also, when you come up to the table, you have about a 75% chance of getting asked. You will be asked to leave if you don't have ID. If you get caught mid-game, or cashing out, you're going to jail. Atlantic City jail is ROUGH, so make sure your friend is big and tough enough to take on 2-3 kids. If you go the fake ID route, definitely don't go to the Borgata, as they can scan your ID at pretty much anytime, to see if it's real, and most places will only accept State ID, which, if you get caught with it, will be a federal fraud charge. LK1 would know better than me, because he really grew up in AC, but try to find a shittier casino a la Showboat.

big chance of getting asked for ID esp if they look young.
best-case, casino will ask them to leave. prolly without their chips. if it's still cash and they haven't played a hand, they'll let them leave with their cash.
worst-case, all of you guyz get kicked out and 86'ed for life in that casino. minors money taken. and the minors getting arrested and thrown in jail.
i don't think it's worth the risk esp if ur staying in their (casino) hotel. but if ur there to have fun and are risk-takers, go for it.

Agree in Vegas and Atlantic City I was carded at the tables themselves and again cashing out each time it seemed. Unless he plans on staying in the hotel or something it could end up ****ing up the trip for everyone.

also, depending on the situation, the minors name (or all of you) might be sent to other casinos (affiliates) or worse, to gambling authorities and will be on their 'blacklist' (barred list). meaning u can never step into any gambling establishment for a certain amount of time or perhaps forever. too harsh but like i said, depending on the situation - how 'rowdy' u guyz are!

altho id really like u guyz try and 'make' it! shld be fun!
