Let me point out, this forum consist of a lot of East Europeans..Not to generalize, but 1) They have a very bad moral 2) They have an ever lower income...so basically there is a lot of people who will not pay, and numerous bonus campaigns before has been locked due to massive sign ups from certain countries. Countries that now are blocked in various casinos etc.

Expekt CW to come up with new rules next week.

Why make the losers pay when they aren't able to do business w/ people in those countries at this time? Wouldn't that be a huge double standard and cause for intense criticism? Instead you criticize them doing the right thing, they didn't wipe away the European winners, in fact they left their balances as is and when they are able to broaden their service to accommodate them those winners will be paid. Sounds to me like the right thing to do, but again it flies over your head with everything else.
