Question Why do I have a feeling Denver will go 7 games?

Initially I thought "oh no way can Denver play enough D to win", but I'm starting to get pulled in the other direction. Too many people think defensively they'll roll over and play dead.

I'm getting this weird feeling that this goes 7 games, and possibly even Denver advances... Maybe I'm just drunk while I'm sober?

Nuggets will play them tough for sure...6 games for sure. No way they will roll over and play dead. Of course winning on the road has been there problem...should be a great series to watch either way. AI time.

I have no idea why you feel that way. Nougats have had zero practice (insert AI joke here) playing D over their first 82 games - can't see them stopping the Lake show - even despite Phil.

I doubt denver will even cover tomorrow, theyve choked to horrible teams and got in at the end by bullying memphis around. 8 is nothing for the lakers, thats a few fisher shots at the end.

    Talking (only if...)

I mean they could win if Carmelo Anthony accidently runs over some lakers when hes driving home...

Agree 100%. The Nuggets D is horrible. Also, if you're crazy enough to say there's an equal amount of talent per team, there's no question the Lakers have the superior coach. Lakers in 5, maybe 6. No way it goes 7.

Comments like this are the reason I think it's going 7 games.

I question this all the time....and I happen to think Karl is NOT a good coach.

The best chance for the Nuggets will be tomorrow...last year they took game one at the Spurs...Lakers have also been off since Tuesday...for me I'll be on the Nuggets first half...and adding the Nuggets on a teaser leg....I don't think the Lakers lose this series though...

Um, who's guarding Kobe? Yeah, that's a bit of a problem.

    Lakers in 5.

you could be right.the two teams that have confused me all season are golden state and denver.these two teams played no defense, but they have players like baren, monte, jackson, and nuggets have iverson, anthony, camby that other teams would kill for.i believe the series will be entertaining.lakers win the series in 6.good luck on your games crazyl.

Thanks bud. I am sure it'll be a heck of a series either way. Good luck to you too.

Apparently he's decided to have one of those days where he guards himself.

So if you're the Nougats and Kobe brings his D minus/F plus game today and you still get your asses handed to you, how are you feeling about the series?

I guess Lebron James gave them FT lessons for this weekend...

    Either that or Memphis U

They could be 34 for 34 from the line with Kobe at his worst and still be losing. My question stands.

I guess they can feel good about their ability to draw fouls - but I can't see much else.

Terrible 2nd half performance by the Nugs.

Iverson gone...there goes a shot at the cover.
JR needs to heat up and hit a few 3-balls now.

My condolences to anyone who bet under 30 for Kobe in this one. Horrible beat - just horrible.

    Utter beating.

Hopefully Denver wins a couple games so I don't look like a jackass here. No money on the series or anything just thought Denver would put up a fight.

Karl is the worst coach in the NBA, he needs to be fired.

That would only be enough for 1 pack in NY.
