Anyone facing collection from CW...other than annoying voicemails?
I read one guy is recieving angry phone calls from them. So i guess the collection agent was able to obtain his friends and neighbor's phone number from public search sites?
I guess that is where it stops, right. Just receiving emails and voicemails. cheaper to get a new phone line. email address cost like 2 minutes to switch.

Because they feel guilty and they know they deserve their ass kicked, but bottom line is a collection agency only bothers you untill you pay, which is legal they are allowed to call over and over again. Just can't call late at night or really early in the morning. Even if they were able to send such debts to a collection agency -- this book hasn't been in business long enough to have anyone owed them money for enough time for it to go to collections.
If you don't pay your CC bill this month, it's not sent to collections tomorrow.
There was a transcript where they said they hadn't even sent their first stiff to collections yet. I think a lot of this rumor mongering is just going on from people that owe money there to gain negative press on the site.
