Default Book trying to weasel out of paying...

My situation's ongoing so I will leave the name of the book out.

My friend and I have accounts at a book frequently mentioned here. They offer both credit and post options. We use the credit option.

The pay/colllect is on a weekly cycle.

Last week, I won 13 THOUSAND in the casino and 2 thousand on the sportsbook. Heres how it happened.

I hit a couple big baseball parlays on Monday so I have a balance just shy of 6 thousand. Initially I wanted to stop playing for the week and collect the 6k as I was absolutely killed in the NCAA tourney and NBA betting recently, and I needed that cash.

I enter the casino (blackjack), just to try and round out the figure to an even 6k. Mind you I have lost a couple thousand in the casino over the couple months. But the pattern seemed to be win in the beginning and lose eventuallly (I was really gonna try to stop myself at 6k which would have been just a couple small bets).

Before I know it, I'm up about 7 hundy. Next day I log in, temptation gets the better of me, and I play again. I win again about 1500 this time. I win everyday at least 2 thousand. By thursday/friday, I'm up 10k on the book. (losing some sportsbets hurt) I say fukit, and I PUSH HARD on sportsbetting making stupid sports parlays and straight bets comprised of huge dawgs. I lose most bets.

Friday evening a friend comes over and I show him and my account and brag. He's got an account also and he decides he wants to try his luck. Nuh uh, he loses his entire 2k limit.

Sunday night, final night before the book starts over on Monday, I play blackjack and WOW, it takes me for 7k. I was going to quit but I didn't, I grind it out and make my money back somehow. I was literally sweating and it took balls and some stupidity to pull it off.
Monday Morning , the book starts over, my friend loses his 2k limit in the casino and now he owes 4k. This guy never plays in the casino and I feel bad for him being tempted by me bragging about my winnings.

Later Monday afternoon I get a call from the book's agent. He sais they are not paying! I ask why, he sais because they think I hacked into their system... .. They think something shady happened because... get this...
    1) I won so much money in the casino
    2) When my friend came over and logged in, it logged 1 IP address for 2 seperate accounts. He said that is a sign of the system being hacked even though the logins happened hours apart.
    3) Even If I didnt hack their system, they feel there is a glitch in the software because it is not designed to let anyone win that big. (this guy really said that)

He proceeded to calculate the difference betweeen the casino winnings and the sportsbook winnings and said they'll "probably" pay out the sportsbook winnings... The sportsbook winnings only added up to about 2 thousand because of the stupid bets that I lost during the week.

He said they will call me on Thursday with their final decision but there is little chance they will pay anything if at all.

I asked "what about my friends 4k loss?". He gets caught off guard, stutters and tells me to collect that from my friend and keep it. (He really said that).
He added, a loss is a loss, that guy is responsible for his loss regardless of my situation.

    What do you guys think?

This is crap. The agent owes you.

Fill out a complaint form, we'll do what we can.

Please share the name of the book so others can be warned. This is pathetic.

I think you should tell this book that you are going to broadcast this story all over the internet with their name in big bold letters.

You might have a problem with the 2nd account login from the same IP address. Most books have that pretty clearly stated as a violation. Although if they are claiming that that account is a ghost account of yours then they cannot hold your friend liable for the losses while they deny your winnings because of the same 2nd account.

To clear that up, I mean't at one point I was down 7k. I was going to quit but I didn't. I kept playing and won the money back and then some.
HE claimed there was a glitch in the system because, I quote "the program is designed to prevent a player from winning that much". ...... What that means, you decide.

Curious -- The rules on their website sais that a single player may not play on multiple accounts. Other sites may mention "IP" address rules but this site does not.

The 2nd account was logged into AFTER I made 9 thousand dollars on my account. Why would I need to login and play on the other account if my balance is over $9,000 PLUS, which I have proof of?

Either way, their rule is - a player cannot have multiple accounts, mentions nothing of IP's. I had no need to login to another account when my account had close to if not more than $9,000.

That's not a sign of the system being hacked. Are they fugging stupid in their assholes? Get your money from them, hire a hitman and then make them pay for what they did to you. Unbelievable pile of shit.

Bro, if you lose, they aint gonna say shite. If you win, they might use that as a way to weasel out. If I were you, I'd avoid using the same comp. they might accuse you of trying to "hack" their software.

Its not a regular habit, but it has happened more than once. Sometimes at my place and vice versa. Surely we are all guilty of this.

you need to post the name of the book. Also I think this is BS. The guys name is after the movie 21

Calling shens first Who the hell bets that much in BJ against sportsbook casino...

    Not very smart.

Is that why my friend who bets with me kept saying "winna winna chicken dinner" everytime he saw me? That got stuck in my head and when i created my account here, that was the first thing that came to me.... I haven't seen the movie 21.

I assure you I'm not bs'ing... i have no reason to waste mine or the members of this forum's time with random BS. I will post screen shots and the name of the book on Thursday after they call me.

Even if they do pay you, I think you should still post the name of the book for all the trouble they already caused you. I'd be pissed enough to not care about their reputation if this is how they want to play.
