I watched most of the inquisition of an honorable man by a pack of cowards and traitors on Capital Hill with complete disgust.

I was not disgusted by the questions that were asked, I knew that nonsense was coming. The DemoCong have only one mantra to keep repeating over and over. I was disgusted by a question which was NOT asked.

The ONE question that would have shown that the DemoCong are not a pack of cowards and traitors was not asked:
"General Petraeus, what will it take to win and win decisively"?

No one asked that question. I really thought that the first lady of the Clintonistas and Obama ben Laden both missed a wonderful opportunity to get the American people behind them.

Americans are winners. Beyond the hardcore of leftwing idiots, we all want to defeat our enemies and defeat them soundly. We all want the Iraqi people to emerge from this war with a government that works and an army that can protect them from their enemies both inside and outside of Iraq. We do NOT want to abandon the Iraqi people to their enemies so that they can be slaughtered in the same way that the people of S. Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia were slaughtered in their millions when the DemoCong abandoned these brave allies to their communist enemies.

A presidential candidate asking a commanding General a whiny question like "General, how soon can we run away"? during wartime is not only totally shameful, in my opinion it is treason.

Yes, I believe we must defeat our enemies, since their stated goal is not to defeat us but to kill all of us. And they are actively pursuing the means to fulfill that goal.

No, being critical is not treason. Giving aid and comfort to an enemy of the US during wartime is treason. High profile politicians giving such aid and comfort to our enemies in public is treason.
