Hi all, I just want to share a terrible experience that I am currently having with BetGun. I opened an account with them and won a few but nothing has happened to my $US1,000.00 MoneyBooker withdrawal request. This amount represents my originaly money.

The first time I requested it (last Friday, April 4th, 2008), it took them several days to reply with a "We need a scanned image of your passport.". I emailed them a scanned image right away but up to now (and about 6 emails later), I haven't got a reply from them, let alone my money! This serves as a warning to ALL of you out there who are planning to register with BetGun. Their Live Chat is useless as the rep (always named Sandra or Joanne) keeps on telling me that there is nothing she can do except to tell me to email their support (support@betgun.com), which, again, I have done 6 times already!!! I would pretend to be somebody else and chat with this rep and she would tell me that a MoneyBooker withdrawal would be a matter of minutes. Well, it looks to be a matter of weeks, months, years or most likely - NEVER!

Please pass this around as I am also going to post this same message to ALL other forums to make people aware about these scammers. I just don't want anybody else to be a victim of BetGun.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum is

I've heard both good and bad things from the Costa Rican based book BetGun over the last year or so, but for the most part. I hear that they offer some nice odds and pay fairly fast. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf sir.

Sorry for the late reply, Chano. But I never got any payment whatsoever. Stay away from BetGun.

And exactly how did you expect to get paid via Moneybookers if you're based in the US?
