    I think it's close to 100% for sure.

    - speculation about coming back a few months after "retirement"
    - rumors about his agent talking to other teams
    - "retires" the day after the pats re-sign moss

    ...

    c'mon this guy is coming back, maybe not for the packers, but he's going to be back...

    I don't think he would play on a team other than the Packers. As far as whether he comes back, I wouldn't put money on it because he's way too unpredictable.
