    its a bad bet regardless of the teams and the line you've capped the game at?

    some lines are just screwy like that...Like the other day, the yanks were +1.5 (-200)...dont really get it

    Usually those odds are on a game with a line around -120 to -140. In a game like that I prefer the win by a run there. Most of my -1.5 games is where I see a dominate game that is -200+ that I can get even money on.

    I have taken that bet where I saw a game I really liked, but would not take all of them.

    And there are a lot of -200+ games I would not take -1.5 on.

    The favored team is the team with the more expensive moneyline (to me at least)

    Turnip is correct, so if a team is -1.5 +160, they are actually the FAVORITE. (unless of course you are taking the alternate run line)
