Without a doubt, boxing. Horse racing is a close second.

Just wait until our EU posters check in, boys. They will argue heatedly and with merit that soccer is in fact the most influenced by cheating.

I don't think it could be anything other than boxing...in baseball you have to get the players, managers, and to some extant the umpires all in which makes it near impossible.....basketball is very similar.
Boxing is really the only sport that comes to mind....although tennis could also be but I doubt it.

I was going to go with boxing as well. The less people involved the easier it is. There are a lot of boxers who are beat up with not so bright futures who think the sport owes them. Then you have the scoring system which everyone thinks is wrong more than half the time.

Boxing and horse racing are two sports where the results can be easily influenced and, as Bill said, the less people involved then the easier it is.
It's a lot easier for one bribed boxer to throw a fight or one bribed jockey to throw a race than it is for one bribed player to affect the outcome of a soccer match.

For those who haven't read Freakonomics (and you should, it's a great read), Sumo Wrestling is very corrupt.

That's true, it has happened before, it happens now and it no doubt happens more regularly that we hear about.
But it's still more difficult for a soccer referee to 100% dictate the result of a match (without giving the game away - that's the key variable here) than it is for a boxer or a jockey.

Horse Racing is by far the most crooked sport. By Far trust me on this one..
Horses are doped up, jockey stiff horses on a daily basis, jockeys have
been caught with the battery, horses have been pulled up,there's 100s
of reasons why horse racing is crooked. I still like the sport though and
have been very successful.

Because that is a given, no need to post it.
I will have to say Boxing. That is one of the reasons I dont bet on it often. If Don King is involved, you know its fixed.

Boxing is definitely the easier sport for one individual to change the outcome. For the sport that is most corrupt I say it's baseball. Besides all of the obvious problems. I don't see the fairness in the whole luxury tax or more like the lack of a salary cap.
