Why does the same lady ALWAYS answer.. And why does it sound like she is sitting in her bedroom or something. Its always dead quiet when i call..No phones ringing or other people in the background..nothing...Any why does she have NO customer service skills ..No have a nice day..no thank you for calling matchbook..no can i help you ..NOTHING...I swear the first time i called i hung up because i thought i had the wrong number lol

Not that im really worried about my funds.. before i sent them a single red nickel believe me i SCOURED the internet for reviews and comments and experiences with MB and 98% of what i read was positive

Its just seems weird that as popular as there are or seem to be you would think they could run more than a bare bones CS operation



BTW if anyone is wondering about an easy way to deposit to MB moneygram is the way to go although when you call with the reference number they tell you your funds will be deposited in 30 min usually its more like 90 min for me

Matchbook is not a high volume shop

It is more of a specialized shop for sharper bettors whether small or large.

It's never taken me 90 minutes to get funds into Matchbook when using MG. I just open live chat and it really is within 30. Only time I've ever used their email system was when making a transfer to WSEX.

The avg. rec. bettor has never even heard of MB, I've bet online for 5 yrs and had never heard of them til Jan. when I started checkin out SBR. In all likelihood their phone rings seldom and one person running CS is probably plenty, I have only called them a couple times in my life and it's never been busy or anything.

jj, this isthe dumbest thing I have heard today. During NFL Season I have seen 100k on each side.

There are no limits on Matchbook, you coudl put 1 mill on each side if you had the funds.
