What does it mean when you send someone a Private Message with a reciept and it still says "Unread" in your box?
Does it mean that they literally never opened it? Or just that they didn't respond?

Give it some time. A lot of people dont notice that they got a PM right away. Unless they get a pop up or a email letting them know they got a PM, they could keep overlooking it.
