I've struck out completely trying to find any kind of site with a listing of historical MLs, either generally or from any particular book.

none that I know of either. I track MLB moneylines myself using Excel spreadsheet.

I haven't seen that kind of site either. However, I think I've seen 04-05 Pinnacle moneylines for NBA somewhere. So if you need them, I can try to find them.

On donbest.com, look at the menu on the left hand side:

You can choose the lines from a number of books. ML opening odds are available for BetCris, Cascade, Olympic, Pinnacle and WWTS to name some big ones. Don't know how far they go back, but I chose 3rd November 2003 at random and there were odds there.
