Default BetonSports considers paying a player they once stiffed for $400,000

02.21.2006 (07:40 AM CST)
BetonSports(SBR rating C) considers paying a player they once stiffed for $400,000. Now under new management BetonSports is hoping the long belated payoff will help put an end to the "stiff" label that has haunted them for years. Ken Weitzner, of the EOG.com, has reported the gambler will receive hold-harmless type agreements and hopefully payment relatively soon. BetonSports stiffed the player out of $400,000 claiming he was a "professional". BetonSports’s SBR rating has suffered and a few of the more respected watchdogs and gaming portals have refused to accept their advertising.

Good for them, cleaning up their act at a snails pace, regardless I might do business now with them if they shape.

How would you let yourself be owed that much without withdrawling? I would never keep near that much in one of those accounts.

Exactly. I don't even feel comfortable keeping over 100,000 in a single federally insured account.

On a similar note, I've recently received information that the confidentiality and benefits associated with an Austrian bank account exceed that of Suisse bank accounts. Is there anyone here from the EU that can provide any input on this?

Austria has a provision for banking secrecy in its Constitution...

Good for them!!

I've been told numerous times that I am an "unprofessionsl prick".......maybe I'll consider making a deposit with them.

Probably an excellent long term investment if you think about it.
