I play 8 out of 10 on 21st march,10 couons of 0.2penny each,5 settled and 5 not settled for long ago,after 13 days as i pressurize them from SBR ,they settled my bets but showing,0.00,i am now in contact with them,as they says after 24 hours one of our staff member contact you,but,not contacted,can i contact uk gambling board etc.etc. as i requested ladbrokes,breakup of my coupons,but,no response,please suggest.although i am waiting for sbf response.

from what i see:

-he made some combo bets.
-they settled hald of them
-his balance is 0
-he believes that he has some of those combos right and balance shouldn't be zero
-they told you that they would contact him
-no contact until now and he is upset
