    I'm not discreet about covering my ears. Everytime I eat out there is always a screaming brat kid seated nearby, I cover my ears. In fact if I still had a pair of those headphone style hearing protectors that you would wear to operate a chainsaw or jackhammer, I'd bring them with me.

    I've been known to shred a napkin and stuff it in my ears in such situations.

    I went to see Riggoletto in Pittsburg when I was in high school on a class trip...Met my first real girlfriend there...Have fond experiences of the opera...Does that make me weird.....ahhh mann
