Default Do you go to sleep with open bets ?

I have yet to go to bed before a game has ended to see the outcome of my bets and I must say work hasnt been very fun lately as I been betting on the 10, and 1030 games. Yea not so fun. The outcomes this week esp last night was great but i can barely keep my eyes open here at the desk.

Only bet the west coast games when you need to chase otherwise, I agree, it phucks with your sleep patterns.

I go to sleep when things aren't looking good. If the game is going my way I'll stay awake

I never go to bed with action still going, how could anyone? Even if I have $10 on game I pace back and forth until the buzzer sounds. It is all about the rush and high.

Will I fall asleep with an open bet. Should probably move to Vegas so I can go to bed at a decent hour!

Well Im in Jersey and when I bet those West Coast games like the Houston Game last night. Was up until around 130.

And if I bet the over or under. I got the calculator out adding the scores up almost every time a basket drops lol, well in the last 2 min or so of play.

Very rarely. And when I do, it's falling asleep while fighting as much as I can not to.

Getting on average 3 hours of sleep a night, working all day sometimes the basics of life arent so easy. When you have the same game bet but you were more confident in the bet later in the day and you bet different amounts get different lines you want to make sure that your math is right. How many times have we all lost by half a point or 1 point. Like to know how many more points need to be scored how much money will I make or lose from this bet the over or unders for the halfs. To many numbers after so many hours. Last night I had 5 parleys and 4 of them hit, which all had the houston game involved. Would have went 5 for 5 if san jose didnt give up that goal with 4 seconds left to the kings. play cost me over 700 alone.

Plenty of times with Japanese soccer or womens tennis in other countries. Nothing beats waking up to a winner either.

I actually like going to sleep with bets open. Gives you something to look forward to in the morning. Grab the daily sports page and head for the sh1tter. Little morning action, love it.

you have to go to bed, whether you are awake or not doesn't help you win or lose

I stay up and watch and if I lose I get angry more angrier then ussaul. So I start to hit myself and fight me. I will punch myself in the back of the head at least 4 times.

I rarely watch the games and will only stay awake if a game is about to end. If I do watch a game it will only be ones I have action on. Unless it's football, but I don't cap the NFL.

If I lose for the day, sure it sucks, but I know it will turn around and I will end up positive over the course of the season. I have come to terms with the ups and downs of sports betting, so sleeping or not sleeping is not much of an issue with me.

Haha thats true, my Mother's sister and her family live in Honnolulu so we stay up late and watch their games and they get up early to watch WVU's....we always talk a little shit now and again...but this year after that BCS disaster my dad was picking up the phone and my brother and I made sure he didnt make that call...I guess he didnt understand that it wouldnt have been a good thing to call... seeing that they got blown out.....

Anyways in response to the question....I cant sleep /till all action is finished...This year, football and basketball, Ive made the same as what a salary would have been for a grad school intern so im glad I went this way rather than getting a Grad assistant deal...At the same time I feel like I got better life experience as well than I would have otherwise......anyways....

    U.N.C. minus three.................

Yes. And just like last night, it messes with my sleep all night. I keep dreaming that the Rays lost their lead to the Yankees, wake up, then go back to sleep. It's miserable.

So I got up at 530am and the Rays crushed them. YAY!

all the time I used to have to see all my games to completion now I'd rather watch my game but on Saturdays I also like to go out with my lady to the movies and dinner, It doesn't haunt me anymore not to watch a game. Ill see the results on ESPN when I get home or wake up.

I frequently go to bed with open bets. Me being awake has no impact on the outcome.
