Question anyone is facing collection from Creditwagering?

all my instincts tells me that site is not legit. anyone is owning them money right now? what do they mean they're turning your info to collection agency? so far the only info they have on you is your registered address, phone, email, last 4 digits of ssn, birthdate. not that hard to create imaginary people...just ask JJ.

i am pretty curious what they're doing trying to collect money from you? phone calls? angry email? angry letter? people showing up at your address?

They seem to be living up to thier side of the deal, lots of players getting paid fast. Id like to continue playing there so I'll definetly hold up my end of the deal.

Default Here is what they probably will do.

I have a sterling credit score even though I never take out credit.I live sort of a humble life. That said,I will take any bank signup bonus, free trial offer, free whatever under the living sun.So in this day and age of incompitency,it's bound to happen where an accidental or intentional mixup will take place screwing up the apple cart.As was the case for me with AOL.One day my regular internet service was down so I took the AOL disc with the one month free trial and installed it and they wanted a CC number for future billing after the one month was up.So I registered a **** gift card that's the same as a CC where I knew if they goofed, there were only a few cents credit and there were no ties to my bank records to go after. So after 22 days and not a month,AOL tried to charge the card and couldn't.They blocked the account even when the card couldn't be charged.I told them I wanted the free trial to end when this happened. Two months later,I get a bill for $70 in the mail from AOL.I have ignored it as well as them calling me once or twice a day when I see their ID pop up on my incoming calls.I still have the free one month free trial terms and disc they sent me in the mail and all the useage records back up my claims as to when I was cut off and quit service after 22 days but they still keep at it.The collection outfit is some foreign jobby where it's cartoonish. They have an automated message that calls you and puts you on hold and then after a minute a guy gets on and can hardly talk english.Have you ever heard of someone calling you when you supposedly owe money where they put you on hold!!!!!That's like the episode of Seinfeld where the his bookie friend was afraid people were going to break his arms and legs for non payment.hehe!

Actually, I do believe they have a "squatters" rule. If you are down -$399, and don't settle within one month, I do believe your account will be closed and sent to collections.

What is all this crap about collections ???

You have to have a signed agreement and it be a legal transaction to collect on anything. There is none of that here , all this crap just shows how stupid all of you are.

as far as them getting something on your credit report in the united states I highly doubt that

you could ask experian or one of the other credit agencies to investigate a new add to your report....and if it comes back faulty (meaning they would have to provide a signed contract along with other documents verifying the debt)....then it will be removed...Ive done this before....and received the letter a few weeks later saying the item had been removed

I would say the tactics to collect would be HARASSING phone calls and putting your name on a forum calling you a "stiff"

but see...this is where their website WOULD go downhill in a hurry

what if....they made a "stiff" thread...with everyones FULL NAME and ADDRESS for the public to see

would you still feel safe playing there after they would disclose your personal information for $400???

not on this forum. the mods will remove it right a way. maybe they'll post it somewhere else...not much credibility if they do that.

the only thing they could do is sell your information to russian mafia and other internet scamming sites, so you'll get shitload of junk mail and spam.

depends on what they're going to do with your info. create fake ids used for match fix for one. creating fake ids for their solders. use your ip and highjack your computer for DOS attack for ransom or just plan virus attacks.

is anyone interested to pay off my cw debt?

i have no money to pay them and i'm bit scared of what they could do to me.

i know there are a lot of members at sbr. if 200 persons send me $5 each, my debt would be cleared. and i'd be happy.

can i count on you guys?

Squatter (see frostno98 see also worthless pile of shit see also 99% of the time the reason books have payout issues)

If they payout when you win, pay them when you lose or don't play, wtf is the deal with all the fukin lowlifes in this forum proud of themselves for stiffing a bookie. If you don't want to pay them when you lose DONT SIGN UP
