So far over 115 individuals have participated at least 1 time in the best bet thread. We get anywhere between 20-30 participants each day. I think it has been a success.

I'd like to thank Diogee, LK1, and Turnip for helping out. Its not the easiest thing to grade and it does take some time.

Moving on, I will be implementing a few changes with baseball just around the corner....

1) Grading will not just be win/loss but I will also include UNITS won/lost along with your record.

For example: A -186 loser will be reflected as 0-1 -1.86 and a +186 winner will be reflected as 1-0 +1.86.

2) From here on out I will need you to post your juice along with the play.

So that means you should be posting Cavs -1 -108 or Nuggets +3 -110, etc.

If you do NOT leave the juice along with your play I will grade it as -110. So if you post Cavs -1 and they lose, your grade will be 0-1 -1.10

3) Moneyline Favorites will be allowed for BASEBALL, SOCCER, TENNIS and HOCKEY; But not for Basketball and Football. For those sports you will have to use ATS plays. If you don't I will not grade it.

Moneyline underdogs are always allowed for every sport and the units won will be reflected in your record.

4) SECOND HALF PLAYS are NOT allowed.

5) Please try to post ROTATION numbers as well.

6) If you don't list pitchers, I will grade your play as an action wager.

The night before I counted all plays in that game as no action. I, too, had a winner with SF (action). But I didnt count it.

I made the rule because of that game and I said it was starting the next day.

MC clearly said in that day's thread that he was grant NO ACTIONS for all that played Giants/Dodgers game but that rule chage would take effect next day that if you did not list picthers, you had action. Terrible luck for mofome, but MC is being true to his word.

That said MC, in real life, there is no such thing as Action for Run Lines (which is what Mofo had with Atl) and Totals. If there is a pitching change, those plays are No Action no matter what. Action can only be designated for Money Line plays.
