    Default Tout called our non-published rollover # -- I think I know...

..where they are getting our numbers.

They have to be in cahoots with a book that logs incoming calls into a database. Then they sponsor the tout and give them the database.

That stuff really hurts the industry.

The one we got was on one of our "hunt" lines that we typically call out on. The tout was Johnny DiMarco.

jack price got sued for $15,000 in the state of Mo. not to long ago for violating the no call list restrictions.

BTW, for those people that are on the no call list. you can file a civil suit in small claims court for harrassment. $5,000 is the maxium you can sue them for though

Need to find out what book it is and then just WRECK it with bad pubicity for doing such a thing. The beautiful thing about email transmission is that you can establish a different email for every book you contact, and if you start receiving spam to that email then you've caught your culprit.

Never heard DiMarco's pitch John, and really dont care to. Thats a big fat NO on a purchase from DiMarco.

I agree, expose the book that is giving this tout the numbers.

Hey, forget about the reps - just nice to know it's appreciated. I was laughing out loud when I posted that - when I do that I always wonder whether it was actually funny or I'm just losing my marbles.

I know that after signing up at mybookie years ago, I started getting tout emails; I think I still get them; I can post the name of the tout company when I see them again

also I got email from ROYAL at the email address that I signed up with at BODOG ONLY (I only got one that I noticed, I am sure someone at bodog noticed as well and got that to stop.....their in the same building

I recently got spam from G&J to an email address that I used to sign up at THERX ONLY

if you have your own domain that you use for mail, most hosting companies have a feature commonly called 'catch all', so you enable this feature to allow myname@mydomain.com to get ALL THE MAIL that is sent to ANYTHING@mydomain to come to myname@mydomain.com, when you get spam to that account, look at what email that email was sent to and you have a clue, so when you register on any site of any kind, as your email give them their name and your domain, like yahoo@mydomain.com

You’ll be surprised by who is selling your email

This is nothing new, operators from the beginning of times have been ‘planting seeds’ in their Databases, they register hotmail/yahoo accounts, never use the email, only to sign up at their own sites and check the accounts periodically to see if their lists have been stolen

The funny thing is that a fresh sportsbook email list today’s day and age HOLDS LITTLE OR NO VALUE PERIOD.
