I an only speculate... But I bet they're getting hammered. They're getting middled on 2-3 games a week.

My best bet for the week:
Orlando +7x -130. Minor note - you can find +6.5. The "7" is worth 14 cents, so pay 20 cents for 2 half points.

Arena football is all about offense. Despite their slow start, Orlando now has one of the top offenses in the league, averaging 8.7 yards per pass play (Chicago is only 8.3). Other factors that make me like this matchup... While the homefield advantage isn't usually significant in arena, Orlando is one of about 3 stadiums that matter. Look for an extra 20 yards in penalties on Chicago because of this.

One other factor makes me lean towards Orlando - the strength of opponents. Chicago's wins were against a McPherson led Grand Rapids, Arizona and Colorado.. I couldn't be less impressed with this line up of wins. Against good teams, Chicago has folded. These were all "gimmes" (GRR is no longer a gimme going forward with its new QB though). Orlando didn't have any hapless opponents.

My play of the week is Orlando +7.5 -130. At +6, don't buy the hook. I would consider playing it down to +3.5, as Alice's (my computer) numbers make Orlando a small favorite in the game, and Alice never lies.
