    Over the past 10 years of online gambling I have always gotten a kick out of talking to the mixed bag of customer service people over the phone.The same holds true for all transactions you have to do over the phone dealing with customer agents from places like India.I just switched satellite tv services and dealt with the Indian's.The women are very humble and no matter how hilarious a situation can be,they stay robotic where they don't have a sense of humor.At a lot of the sportsbooks,I get these younger guys that are like the assistant to the assistant manager and they have voices and personalities like that old actor Peter Laurie if you know who he is.He always played the little schlepp guy and was in Casa Blanca.

    On occassion I get these guys like Betplom said about Tony who are just like the lawyer friend of Hunter Thompson ''Johnny Depps''partner in that Las Vegas movie.I get a kick out of that kind of rogue bluntness.

    No, never spoke to him, limits not cut either (I have made less than half a dozen wagers there - and I am not winning at 5Dimes - yet!)

    I heard about this TONY guy but have never talked to him... I do tell the Reps. at the end of the conversation to tell TONY that he is "GOD"... They just laugh and say ok...

    I've heard some noise about 5Dimes both good and bad but they pay fast as "FFFFFFFFFFFF*CK" and they seem like a good book...

    Tony is not fond of steam chasers. Then again, they invite the steam by being a few minutes late with their line moves. Beat that steam continually though and you too will have the pleasure of talking to God.

    Tony is a sharp dude, many used to underestimate him because of his age. Doesn't seem to be crazy about steam chasers/bonus whores, otherwise gives everyone a fair shake.
