    Default Live Chat With Bos About Bases

    this is a live chat i just did with www.betonsports.com (SBR rated "C-")about there baseball betting.

    there customer service couldn't even answer the simplest of questions. i waited 10 minutes before i finaly gave up on trying to get my questions answered.

    Holy shit ! There must have been a connection error, after the initial bonus questions were asked. Heaven forbid. An immediate downgrade to F- is definitely warranted.

    I called up my bank yesterday, and got disconnected from their voicemail system .. maybe I'll start a separate thread about it.

    Also had a hangnail mid-week ... didn't enjoy it in the least.

    My favorite chat was when I asked if I can have the 20% bonus, and they said yes. Then they asked if I wanted it.

    I don;t think the problem is Ed's not being able to answer the simplest of questions. In all fairness, when you contact a rep. you want immediate answeres but the rep. may have three other "Chats" going. I would suggest that staffing issues by his supervisor are more likely the problem than Ed's lack of knoweldge or caring. He seemed to hit those "Canned Resposes" pretty well on the first salvo of questions.

    I once had a livechat and, after getting through the formalities of saying hello and giving them my account number, I asked them about the status of a cash-in. After 10 minutes, my question was unanswered so i posted a "???????" to make sure the connection was still there - it was and I got no answer.

    So then I went out to buy some groceries, pay some cheques into the bank and draw some money out. I got back to the house 50 minutes after my original payment question was asked and just as I was sitting down, I got a reply - nearly fell off my chair i tell you. Even better, the reply was telling me to contact the payouts department the next day.

    Seems like the person was very confused by your question and didnt want to ask someone else for assistances, or he just fell asleep at the desk.

    I was just amazed that it took so long to reply. I was even more amazed that after all that time, he didn't even answer the question at all.

    I just checked my records - it was 50 minutes and 11 seconds.
