The prepaid CC stuff and their acceptance rate are ever changing right now from book to book, but may I suggest you also consider **? You can send a payment at your local walmart for a mere $9 and change. This is more widely accepted at the moment..
I'd recommend you also check out the books on SBR's recommended list, you'd be fine with a place like Bet Jamaica and 5dimes...

Not long at all, the money itself is picked up extremely fast. You'd get what's called a "receive code" from the person at the window, just go home and give that code to the live chat and they'll have the funds credited to your account usually within the hour..
