    Default Bodog dilemma... please help!

    Hey Guys,

Admittedly this is a long shot but I'm hoping someone here might be able to help or provide a new angle to this problem. Yesterday, I deposited $1000 and wagered the entire amount on the Davidson/Kansas game through my Bodog account, which was offering Davidson +10 (though -115) which were the best odds (or so I thought) at the time. However when I logged in last night, I saw that only one wager was graded on the game, risking $500, which was half the amount I had originally intended.

The bad news is I have no physical proof that I risked two separate $500 wagers on Davidson. I did not take a screen shot of my open bet. As well, Bodog limits as posted in the rules section state $500 as the limit on NCAA games. I was in a rush to get the bet placed before I left for work at 10 ( I do realize I could've phoned the bet in).

I am confident though that I successfully placed two separate $500 bets on Davidson. I do remember at the time that Bodog was offering the option of risking up to 1150 or 1175 or something at one time on the game, which in retrospect is obviously what I should've done, instead of one deposit, one bet, second deposit, second bet. If there is any good news, I have not closed my browser (firefox) since having placed the bet. Is there any way to recover the screen from yesterday morning? The bets were placed consecutively. I have googled but so far have not come up with any software or shortcuts that are really helpful. My betting pattern at Bodog has been consistent since day one: deposit funds, and then risk the entire amount on a single game; I have never deviated from this method whether win or lose for five bets I've placed there until apparently now.

Do I have any recourse? Any suggestions, thoughts, comments would be welcome, I'm at a loss right now.

If you can try going back in your browser. You may want to try this in offline mode so it won't go back to the net and try and refresh the page. Other than that I think your SOL.

    Sorry.

    Sorry.

Yes good advice is to try to go back without the website refreshing. Maybe then you can get the confirmation numbers of both of the bets. Otherwise i am with 24/7 you will be shit out of luck without them. Good luck.

Thanks for the quick response and the ideas fellas. That's a great point I hadn't even considered; looking into pulling up firefox's browser cache right now. A couple of additional questions for you guys:

I have not contacted Bodog since as you both obliquely referred to, the assumption that the book, even if it had records documenting the second wager, would not be willing to help. Should I call them up, just for poops and giggles? I wouldn't even know what to ask.

Also, do you guys screen shot each open wager every time you bet?

So you thought you placed a second bet but when you looked you didnt? So your account was at 500 after the first?
