Which books will not boot a consistent winning player? Are there any?

For those who do boot constantly winning players, is there any range of winning amount of $ or say winning % or anything that tends to cause that? I'm sure it varies from book to book, but say you are constantly making $100 bets is that likely to get you booted? What about $300? $500? $1000? etc. Where does the line tend to be drawn?

I think if you keep hitting $500 and up bets the average book will eventually boot you.

Winning is one thing, but you can get booted, from what I have seen other post even by losing. If you are a steam player.
Also, if you are betting with the money and winning, would be more of a concern than someone betting against the money and winning.
