For those who do boot constantly winning players, is there any range of winning amount of $ or say winning % or anything that tends to cause that? I'm sure it varies from book to book, but say you are constantly making $100 bets is that likely to get you booted? What about $300? $500? $1000? etc. Where does the line tend to be drawn?
