BetRuss has only been in business roughly 3.5 months, and they are now going into the slow season. Now I don't know about you guys, but I would tread lightly till football season. Because IMHOO I don't feel the risk is worth the reward during this stretch.

1 free payout, great initial bonuses, and fast payout are what's good about betruss compared to other C books. Had an interesting situation with them recently though.

Was offered a free play bonus through chat, so I reposted. Did a chat again with another operator who said the bonus wrongly offer, but he honored it since it was offered to me. After placing the free bet, sometime during the game on those bets, the freeplay was removed from, saying the chat operator could not offer that bonus. So basically I was given a bonus by someone, then taken away from another person who disagree.

The only reason I repost at betruss is because of their reload bonuses and their prompt payout. After that weird situation, i'm done with these dudes, placing my money at A+ books like Bet Jam or 5 dimes from now on if I needed a quick payout.

Steve the VIP guy called me like everyday for a month practically begging to deposit.....

I deposit the $300...

Limits cut to $100 after 4 bets....

Steve the VIP guy would no longer return any of my calls or any of my emails.....

Cashed out and was paid in 1 day.


Out of the 4 bets I made, 1 game was a steamer and it lost by 42 points. After that game lost, my limits were cut to $100 and I was told I wasn't allowed to use the juice free game of the week or the free half point on fridays.

At least they paid fast.

Can't be upset, a business is suppose to take steam plays and let you take them for money over and over again?

Congratz on the wins but I would see no problem in cutting your limits to 100.00. Especially when your deposit was 300.00...

I can see how it might upset you...but its not like they cut your limits to 50.00 or 25.00 like other books have done when you have a balance of tens of thousands.

I only deposited $300 because that is what the deposit max bonus was.


I was just letting everyone know my experiences with them.


I am not upset at my limits being cut and having to move elsewhere. Their lines were very generic and could always be found elsewhere.


I was a little ticked off that Steve the VIP guy who called me non-stop and sent me 2 emails a day would not respond to me via the phone or email after that.

The "RUSS" in betRUSS is a real dink...he loves to insult his clients when they have legitimate questions. I emailed him directly as instructed by one of the cold callers. He replied to me by insulting me and telling me to "GO AWAY!" To him I say "GLADLY!!!" There are far too many reputable sites out there to waste time dealing with these small time, slow paying, gimmicky, fly-by-night companies. Perhaps if they actually answered questions without insults or if they were not run by ex AP employees that were let go during the super-user scandal then I would care. lol Don't waste your time and money with them.
