They are some rude azz bitches at BetJam, act like they are some ghetto hoodrats with Jamaican accents. Always act like they are frustrated you called when you're making a deposit or payout... you can almost hear them sigh about having to give you customer service when you are finishing up the conversation, like it's taken alot out of em to enter your cc number and the amount. The money is in your account sigh thank you sir (implied sarcasm due to a mix of sighing and saying the thank you so quietly and tiredly that only a dog could hear it kinda the thanks you would get from a bum if you gave him a penny)

wow I can't believe they have my money. I called to ask them how I can place a wager for a RR parlay using a first half and a spread and a total since you can't do it online. They transfered me seven times and then hung up on me. Two of the people didn't speak english and the other ones just transfered me like I'm a piece of meat. I'll be leave them ASAP. Not sure what you asked them BBD, but they certainly aren't helpful.

I called the second time and apparently it worked. I got what I needed after some challenges with the english language.

Try calling twice apparently the second time they listen.

Don't worry buzz, believe me I know what you mean, I dread even making a deposit or payout b/c I have to talk to those bitches. It's clear that the board is divided. Apparently they have some good CS reps but I've yet to run into any of them. I've had enough and will not be talked down to by a business I have faithfully supported for much longer. When i call I feel like I'm talking with a Jamaican thug during her PMS struggles. I can feel them rolling their eyes and sighing painfully because they actually have to do THEIR PHUCKING JOB and answer the phone. I've never asked them for any favours. My calls have been merely to confirm deposits and payout requests.
