Default A few years back, CRIS/BOOKMAKER gave me a $3,400 GIFT

    GIFT

I had made a transfer from Neteller for 3,400..........which they credited quickly.

Proceeded to wager the entire amount on a scalp and lost it all.........the next day, CRIS/BOOKMAKER credited my account again for $3,400.

Looking at the transaction log, I seen where they credited me twice for my Neteller deposit, as they must have had a glitch in the system(don't recall exactly how it happened).

Poster Viking611 was at my beachfront condo on Clearwater Beach at the time this happened and we both got a chuckle out of this and Viking611 sarcastically stated I shouldn't tell them about it...............well, knew that was wrong, so I proceeded to call Cris/bookmaker and explained the error that they had made and to deduct 3400 from my account.

Well, after about 5 minutes of searching my records and talking to supervisors, CRIS informed me that I should just consider the 3400 an early Christmas present(this happened a few weeks before Christmas) and that the extra 3400 was mine to keep.............I immediately told them I didn't feel right doing such, but they insisted, so I said "ok, thanks guys".

Hung up the phone and told Viking that you're not going to believe what they just told me...............then we went out and celebrated with a few beers and a nice dinner, compliments of me of course.

I had a poker transfer credited twice by bookmaker. I informed one of the cs agents and they said I was wrong. Free 280 for me.

It's amazing the difference in CS between books. I'm constantly pointing out bad lines to Bodog, and not only do they not even thank me, but after they change the line they send me an email saying that the original line is fine. I can't imagine them giving me $3400 for anything other than gambling winnings.

similar thing happened to my buddy to a while back at you wager. made a wire withdrawal for 5200.00. This is a bank acct he didnt keep any money in. Once the withdrawals were credit to this acct he would transfer funds into another one. So he gets the withdrawal, transfers right away. then the next day another 5200.00 in there again.

why shouldn't they give it to you?? they are thieves anyways.. they took that 3400$ and gave it to you after they steal people's money by charging them 280$ for each transfer to matchy.. and this after they told me they'd NEVER charge me a cent if i made a large deposit. i am not even including them telling me that they'd give me loyalty pts for life too and they took that back too 1 week after.

280$ for every 5k matchy transfer??

what a joke.. no wonder they can afford to give you 3400$ for free.. they probably have 400000x that sitting there from money they rip you off on book to book transfers..

This book is not to be trusted..

    I call bullshit.

No one in their right mind would believe that CRIS management would purposely let you keep the extra $3,400.

They're hesitant to credit a $100 free play unless you cross your 't's and dot your 'i's, but they'll gladly give you a free $3,400 ?? Either the story never happened at all, or else you talked to a complete imbecile who never fully understood what occurred.

i don't what's harder to believe: that bookmaker/cris cares enough about the common player to give anyone a gift, or fishhead actually owns a beachfront condo..
