Default culpepper demands 10 million dollars next season

dante culpepper asked for 10 million dollars next season, and the new vikings owner laughed at him.

can you blame ziggy wolf laughing at him though. culpepper has got some balls to demand that kind of coin don't he.

i see that the rumors are already floating out there that the ravens will trade ray lewis for him.

10 Million? This guy is nuts. Last year proved he needs a big time wide receiver to produce. Moss left, and Dante fell on his face.

Plus, dont he have a bad knee now? Who knows if he can get back at a 100% next season.

He better drop that figure some, if he wants to be playing. If not, he can get a seat next to TO.

He is(was) a great QB with Moss. He is only a good QB without him. I'd sy $5mil and call it a day.

The guy damn near averages one fumble a game for his career. He is not worth half of that money he is asking for.

I agree. This guy does nothing in big spots. I said last year after his injury Culpepper has played his last game for Minnesota and still believe that. Johnson will be the starter for the Vikings. Childress would be nuts to sign this guy. Johnson isn't flashy, but did a nice job last year with little preparation. A full training camp, better coaching with Mike Tice gone, and a bad division could have Minnesota in contention.

Well maybe if it was 5mil for 5 years. Then that would be a good contract for him.
