Default When the public is hammering your play...

How does it make you feel? For instance, you cap the game, are confident in your numbers, then go to sports insights, or whatever, and see the public is all over the same side as you. How do you feel now?

It makes no difference to me, usually if the public on my team it's just because I happened to pick a favorite. When they're not on my team it's because I picked a dog. I would pay more attention if I was booking bets.

Doesn't make any difference to me...I honestly don't even check what side the public is on very often.

The reason I asked was, my 4 strongest leans tomorrow for the NBA (2 dogs, 2 favs), are getting hammered by the public on the overnights. For some reason it makes me feel I'm going to lose at least 1 or 2. Just scares me. Maybe I'm weird.

I am sure plenty of people feel that same way...mine isn't even showing how many bets have been placed on each game so I would assume that not many have been placed?

I get worried when 70% and up is on my plays. I tend to lose these kinda plays also.

free version i'm guessing? thespread.com shows the free version too, and I didn't see bet totals there either.

Heck forget the % sites, I'm worried when I see several guys from the board on the same side. Mostly because you'll usually get the one, really over confident ass that totally jinxes you.

Tell me about it. Nothing's worse than putting in an overnight play, and waking up to see 6 threads about how much of a 'lock' that side of the game is. Makes you want to buy-out and jump on the other side.

I placed a couple bucks on each one of Sonny's picks to have a little action on it.

Public wins sometimes and loses some times so it really does not matter.

It doesn't matter as long as the line does not move because of it. Once the line moves out of my favor because of public action, I'll pass or bet less.

The sharps get the line right then the squares come along and **** everything up

It doesn't matter to me but I do pay attention to why the public may be against my play.

Of course I don't like it. . . The public losses!

People don't understand that your not going against the books, or the teams,

A winning capper is trying to beat the Public!
