Default Email Response Test Results Released

February’s results were the best to date with an average rating of B- and only one sportsbook failing to respond to the player’s inquiries. SBR will be performing email tests on a monthly basis targeting all departments of the bookmaking operation.

Hubie Bickerstaff was in need of a new sportsbook and contacted 12 books via email hoping to make an informed decision.

Las Palmas with a A+ on an email test? Good to see, they have had a checkered past with faulty email. A book that has taken a step back but in this test they responded in 8 minutes. Very well done.

CRIS still hasn't quite managed to respond to the email test I personally administered.

It's only been 239 hours though.

I love the email test. It seems fair and objective. I look forward to future results. Nice work.

I'm a big fan of the email test too. Early on we wanted to set some norms, some benchmarks for how long it takes to get an email responded to. That is still our goal. I have made our case for 45 minutes. Looks like we have a lot of work to do to get a 45 minute standard.

John were all those emails sent out at the same exact time...i would suspect that even though books are 24/7 operations they are staffed differently throughout the day. For what it's worth, sending out an email at 3:00 pm and 3:00 am may elicit different responses...i am not sure if you take this into consideration in your analysis.

They were all sent out within a 30 minute time period and I can only presume on the same day - the results show exactly what time the questions were sent and what time the replies were received.

There is a new european bookmaker..www.betsafe.com I like their email guarantee. They give you 10 euro if they fail to respond within 15 minutes. Avg time for my responses, around 6-7 minutes.

About BetOnSports F- result here: the e-mail address you used is different than the one I see on their website

    You have:

    WageringOn@BetOnSports.com

On the website I am seeing:

    Wagering@BetOnSports.com

I don't know if you have used a viable alternate address which I am not seeing on their "Contact us" page but I thought I would mention it.

If there has just been an error, hopefully it can be corrected before the local shill starts spamming the forum with 10 new Ohmygawd it's an SBR conspiracy/agenda against poor victimized me threads.

Maybe BetOnSports were too busy paying their many, many winners to reply to the email?

We thought that was an odd looking email and triple checked it before sending. They contacted us today to say we had it wrong and we came to the conclusion that the webmasters had the wrong email up temporarily. The CS staff is trying and doesn't want to go down like this. Expect them to get another chance soon.

    Iset,
Forward me the email, lets see if we can track that sucker down.

    Jesus Christ Superstar!

10 Euro, that's like $1,800 US. They might as well be giving away Skodas.

Well at least around 11-12 dollars But I dont think the money is the essential here, its just nice to know that you almost for sure get an answer within 15 minutes..according to them they had some huge problems with east europeans trying to take advantage of this guarantee...why I am not surprised..

Sorry I took so long, Bill. I didn't notice your post until just now. I just forwarded the email to you. It was originally sent the day after the Superbowl.

Very cool that SBR does stuff like this.

Customer service is often overlooked when it comes to sportbooks.

Nice to know if you got a large some of cash and want a payout, or you have a question about something you don't have to wait forever for an answer/response.

    Good job guys.
