    Matchbook is one of them. Anyone know anywhere else where ** minimum is under $100

    I'm not sure really. I think your best bet would be to keep depositing in MB until you have enough to transfer to other books from there.

    I recall The PIG had only a $60 minimum for ** deposits and all their deposits are sent to the same company information as opposed to a person name which makes things better.

    DSI has a $50 min. on person to person transfers. Also, they offer the same type of loyalty program that Bookmaker does. 1 free withdraw with 2500 points, and free payouts every 30 days via regular mail.

    FWIW: They do offer a dimeline in baseball.
