I feel bad about what happened to you yesterday. Been there down that.
A true professional never bets more than 5% of his bank on any game. No matter what. Also a true profesional will not risk more than 20% of his bank in a single day and if he is down 33% he will take a least 3 days off. Lastly , do not try to get back your losses quickly. Accept that you were on a stupid tilt, and just start grinding from scratch.
