you lose a fukkin bet and then you bet another game in order to get your money back and you lose again, and your account is back to zero. How da fuk do u stay away from betting if u lost 1st bet of a day.

I bet 10% of my little roll and no more each day. If there are alot of games then I start out at about 7 and if I feel the need to chase I have that extra couple units to throw in. I'm just tryin to survive until baseball season

If you feel the need to chase have a gameplan set out ahead of time...cap your games and play your best few...ahead of time decide that if you lose a certain amount of those games then you will place a bet on your next one to try getting some back.
