I know a lot of people with RWD cars that also have a beater to drive around in the winter...but with all the hills and crap around here, you're just stupid for taking that thing out in the snow. NO ONE was making it up that hill. A Saab and a Van had already turned around, but this dude insisted. Of course, I was fine. My Subaru is a little beast in the snow...the Audi was slightly better, but still.

Kudos for not being one of those tools that leaves them on all year out of spite. I have actually yelled at those guys before. Good plan..chrome and road salt LOVE each other. You sure are getting your money's worth by leaving them on for one year instead of 5 summers!
