Default Don't bother paying Bet SBI if you lost...They're a bunch of stiffs.

They can't even send the $1,000 they promised yesterday and the agent isn't answering his phone. They also shut off their accounts.

If you sent them money, pull it back.

    BHS,

Sounds like you have an issue with a credit agent vs. the book. Did he approve your payout?

I can't fault SportsBettingInternational (BetSBI) at all if it was your agents doing sir.

24 hours isn't a long time... But if you can't get ahold of your agent eventually, fill out a complaint form.

A sportsbook is responsible for the actions of its agents.

I can sir. They've had this agent working for them for sometime and they don't want to help me solve the problem. They're not lifting a finger to settle this.

Like it or not, it's a reflection on how they do business.

The only thing I can find that is even close to a similar situation would be this one with BetMet. Now as you can see they did pay SBR poster Greek after his agent did screw him over.

Here's the thing. They had to know this guy pretty well to give him credit for whatever amount of guys he had. It easily had to be $50,000 in credit.

It's either that or the agent posted up the money and you know that didn't happen.

And now the office has disconnected their phone numbers. Nice.

Too bad I know that the other site they use is betmyline.com

    Their phone number works great.

I was referring to the books parent company list (TAC Enterprises), however BetSBI.com works fine.

I am going through the same problem with this agent. I was set up with them a couple of weeks ago and all of a sudden he's gone. I called the people at betsbi.com and they told me they are not sure what is going on. They said that they are just a pay per head service for this agent. What a bunch of crooks. The agents name is Kevin.

Please don't tell me that you accepted his offer in that PM he sent out? If so then I'm sorry to say you just got scammed.

Well, they owe me so I guess I am just out what I should have gotten. So many scumbags in this industry. Oh well, time to move to Vegas

Justin7 mentioned above that the book could be held responsible for their agents actions. So it might be worth filling out a complaint form and we will inquire to them on your behalf.

    BurtRapp,

If you owe the same agent you can arrange to pay the losing players directly or let us know when you send in so we can see that it comes back out.

BBD is right about the agent being its own book. This isn't a case of Creditwagering.com not paying where the book is the agent; it's a case of the individual, who happens to have credit, not settling his debts.

Most of the time there is nothing that we can do. Money is transferred too freely between the two parties with verbal deals for us to mediate. That changes when the book is facilitating or hiding behind a scam.

In this situation BetSBI tell us they are going to stand by the debts. They are trying to get this resolved internally but tell us they will not let someone use their book to ripoff players and are asking for the end of next week. I would bet these posters are paid one way or the other by that time.

I should add that soliciting on our forum is not allowed and this person was banned. Players should expect to get stiffed by someone who trusts someone else on a posing forum with their money.

I sure hope betsbi does take care of this but I will not hold my breath. I called them again today and they told me they have my number and if the agent calls, blah blah blah

    Very true Bill.

I'm pretty flexible on a lot of things and I dislike banning members, however if in fact somebody reports and produces evidence about another poster working the forum for his/her personal gain. By all means LMK and I'll ban them on the spot!

Never heard from them. So it appears betsbi.com is not going to be taking care of this. I suggest that no one uses any agent that uses betsbi. It appears that these so called agents just use betsbi to facilitate their scams. I am not so sure betsbi isn't a part of it either.

I've talked to the agent this week and still nothing. Not one dollar. For some reason, I'm given the job of getting my money, from other customers who haven't paid.

Collecting from other players isn't my job.

Total scam is all it was. I am surprised he even talked to you. How are you suppose to contact the losing players? Like they are going to pay now anyways.

As Bill mentioned in post # 19. BetSBI did tell SBR that they would stand by the debts. So I guess if you guys haven't filled out a complaint form yet, please do so.

They were suppose to contact me by yesterday but of course I didn't hear a thing. I just filled out a complaint form.

Any idea when SBI is going to do something? The agent isn't doing anything.

I spoke with one of the managers today. It has now been a month, and I suggested that they should go ahead and pay the player, and collect from the agent later. There were only 2 claims made at SBR totaling less than $2000.

BetSBI said they are still trying to get the agent to pay. They acknowledged again that they will pay it if the agent doesn't come through. How long do you give a stiff agent to make good? I think a month is plenty... so I hope BetSBI comes around soon.

I spoke to the manager as well, I will leave out his name for now but I was basically told they were not going to cover anything. They know this agent is not paying anything so it's all bs. I feel that betsbi.com was in on this and now they are just trying to cover it up. It's a perfect cover to scam. We are just a pay per head, blah blah. If they were so worried about their rep they would have taken care of this already.

I would have told them the same thing myself Justin.

If they had any intentions on making things right with these two players (which was reported above they were). Then they should have just followed your logical suggestion solution, and paid these two gentlemen by now. Because one month is more than ample time for an agent to pay a lousy 2 dimes.

Just call up betsbi and ask for Chuck, he is the one in charge. But I am sure now they are not going to take care of this. If they will not make good on this small amount owed then it leaves me to believe that they were in on this from the beginning. Like I said, it's a great cover for them to pull this bs.

We will pick up with SBI mgt. in the AM. The issue of whose responsible aside, the book did say this would be taken care of by now.
