I called Bookmaker support they told me they would be up with in the hour. I dont have a good feeling here. I called at 10:50am ET.

After waiting for 4 days Cris cancelled my payout request, and now they cannot take my new payout request because they say they are busy, busy with a contest for march madness!

Why did they cancel your payout request?

They need it to go over my address with me!
So they cancel the whole thing after 4 days, then they send an email, then I call and all is okay now, except my withdrawal. Its cancelled, they I must redo the request all over again, and they told me rhey cannot take my payout request today because they are busy, busy with a contest! The first time I have heard that from any book!

For a highly rated sportsbook, answer like that is unacceptable.Things like that make me wonder is there a single fukkin book out there that you can trust.Why can't we just play without being worried about payout?

i have been unable to log into BETCRIS for 12+ hrs;; after some
begging they let me use bookmaker;

cs says its up but i still can't log in

That was my first thoughts as well Mr.HG, however they didn't tell me that when I called them. They claimed it was site upgrades when I called last night around 4am.

You can always try the Cris mirror site and see if you can access your account.

i asked them for a mirror site and they said use the phone;; i said
i had no phone handy at the moment and only then they let
me use bookmaker;; they're playing a weird games;;

I had a similiar issue a few years ago with a different book. The high volume on their computer system caused it to crash. It was well into Tuesday morning the following week before things were back to normal. Customer service never gave me a straight answer to my Questions. Its s.o.p.

cris is finally back up after 24hrs no log-in;; so in effect they were down all of saturday which is crazy 3rd day of march madness
