Check out the SBR review on WSEX and you will read that they offer a bonus with a 2x rollover.

Well...take it from someone who's been there...
The "rollover" is actually a BEND OVER...and cough.

I use an email documentation service so everything I'm about to say is factual and documented...

1) I was offered a bonus by one of the managers at WSEX.
2) Said manager wrote that it would be a 2x rollover.
3) Two days ago I consulted my spreadsheet and realized that I had rolled over 9x and was headed for 10.
4) Contacted WSEX customer service...(which was no easy task)...after several attempts.
5) Once I sent Ccs to Woody and every other email address that I could conceive of at WSEX...the accounts department finally answered.
6) WSEX accounts dept. CONFIRMED that I had rolled over BEYOND 9x...
7) BUT...(and that's YOUR butt bending over...) they insist that the bonus is ...get this... A 10X ROLLOVER!!!!!!!!

Now, like I said...I've got CERTIFIED documentation that proves I was offered a 2x rollover PLUS that's exactly what the SBR review of WSEX states as well.

Of course, I've asked SBR for help on this and hopefully things will work out.

In the meantime...

Before you consider a wager at WSEX...if you see some guy starting to put on a pair of rubber gloves ...you'd better think twice!

I gotta tell ya...WSEX has made a loyal GREEK customer out of me.

The Greek only has that as a name.

Every book will be screwy from time to time with regard to bonuses and their ever changing policies and mostly inadequate customer support. That's why I prefer not to even deal with bonuses, less hassle. I like to just get in, and get out what I want when I want.

WSEX is as standup as they come. They and Matchbook (and Canbet) are the only folks in this entire industry I would do business with in the 'real' world (outside of betting). They are the honorable ones in a world full of used car salesmen and crooks. How this book doesn't beat Bookmaker and Legendz to the SBR top 5 is a mystery to me. I had never heard of a 5% bonus with 2x rollover (unusual!), and this is most likely just an honest mistake of mixing up different bonus offers.

Well here's the fascinating thing...
IMHO, WSEX has better numbers.

Sometimes The Greek's numbers are so sharp, I'll get up from my computer to go to the kitchen and notice that my fingers are bleeding.

I'd much rather be a WSEX customer. In fact, the truth is...I've been watching WSEX for YEARS. Way back when they had that small, claustrophobic website...remember that?

And they were one of...if not the first...internet sports sites weren't they? So I have tremendous respect for WSEX.

After a lifetime of thinking about it...I finally gave them a go.

Plus: Great numbers, Clean website
Minus: Their current tech setup causes me not to receive their emails. (They are the only ones who have this problem) WSEX was made aware of it, MONTHS ago and has made no improvements. So, apparently "good enough" is more important to WSEX than being the best.

Truthfully, I have a pet peeve against all too comfortable executives who don't know any programming languages and therefore are unable to tell when the tech staff is totally BSing them.

Did I ever single out the book? I made a comment about all the miscommunications that ALL sports books seem to have.

I'm very tired with this lets give every book the benefit of the doubt when out of all the sports books listed on sbr only 20-30 TOPs are a safe out?

They have earned there rating, that doesn't mean they deserve it. They have to continue to earn it, they have to continue to strive to keep that standard or exceed it. Frankly most books don't really strive to better themselves, there processes or the industry. Its easier to come up with a flashy slogan or make emptry promises than to deliver on them.

Rather, I think I'm referencing House MD or perhaps The Housewives of Orange County.
