In either case it was wrong strategy to stay on 12. You give the house an even greater advantage every time a hand is misplayed. If the dealer has a deuce or a ten up and you are sitting on 12 you HAVE to take a hit.

If player has 12 and dealer is showing a 2 there's still a decent chance the dealer busts.

Regardless of whether I had good strategy, my point is that the dealer never effing busted. That's the ridiculous part out of all this. Whether showing a 2, a 6, an 8, etc.. That's more than freaking variance if you ask me.

Actually I only looked at the first two hands and the last two hands. And I'm not trying to show the player up, hope it doesnt come across that way.

This blackjack game is a breakeven game if played perfectly. The hand I highlighted is a win instead of a loss if the player follows BJ basic strategy. There are a number of online charts that show what to do in every circumstance and every card combination. For you active guys just print it out a copy and keep it by the ole computer. They dont allow that in Vegas but, hey you're among friends so go ahead!
