    First I would laugh my ass ff and since they were not hurting anyone let them wrestle for a few secs to watch.
    Then I would grab them by an arm bar and pull them out side.

    Arrest both from affray and be done with it.

    confiscate the video if I could, dont want to be on camera. I would say its needed as evidence and see if the guy filming it was dumb enough to give it to me.
