Very close but I think Detroit nips them even if they do not get home court, they are stronger on the defensive end and have lots of tough veterans that have been in big games before, Boston does not.

Boston. They are very close defensively, but it is the Celtics that are actually better right now, allowing 90.0 points per game on 41.9% shooting, compared to 90.8 points but a significantly worse 43.8% for the Pistons. Offensively, Boston is much better when everyone is healthy.

Celtics would be -170 right now, Detroit would be +150. This assumes both teams are reasonably healthy.
