    Default Pinnacle Grading wagers issue.

I already spoke with Bill and we are in the works of correcting this issue, and i can't thank him enough for his work.

Feb 2nd i placed a wager on tennis which at the moment i did not know was past post. Moments after wagering on the tennis match i tune in to find that my player was down 4-1
( this was atleast 15-20 mins before the cut off time of the match listed at pinny and 2 mins after i placed my wager)
upon noticing this i tried to recoupperate someof my losses by betting the other way.
End result. My original bet proved to be a winner. But during the course of the match i emailed pinny many times to just cancel both wagers and that this was unfair for both sides and they didnt do it.
I ended up winning one and losing the other obviously and was out close to $300. I did not know the match had started and neither did pinny... thats why the wagers should have been cancelled.

Hi, it seems Pinnacle sometimes has problems with start times of events (especially if these events take place outside of the USA). More than 2 weeks ago I placed a bet in favour of Timisoara against Pitesti (basketball Romania) and just a few minutes after I placed that bet I found the final result already on another website. I immediately informed Pinnacle and they answered to verify it. But it was harder than I thought to convince them: it lasted more than two weeks and many emails until they accepted I was right and refunded my stake to my account. Don't get me wrong I don't want to tell anything bad about Pinnacle - they still are one of my favourite books, but concerning to get exact start times of sports events outside of the USA they still can and should improve.
