Default How long does it take you to fill out your brackets?

    honest replies.

It took me about 2 minutes, I guessed on most of them without even thinking. What's funny is I knew I wanted NC and Memphis in the finals, and I misclicked and selected UCLA over Memphis so I had to screenshot the entire bracket and redo it... There was no "undo last selection", so yeah needless to say, I'm gonna be pissed if UCLA makes it...

It really takes me about 30 minutes, Im not good at capping college b ball at all so I have to think longet than the average person

I would say 2 to 3 minutes. I follow a lot of college bball and feel I have a good enough feel for what I think is going to happen. I am not really capping the games like I would to bet when filling out the bracket though. And I have so many brackets out there I try to mix it up and that is the main thing for me while doing this.

Depends on the scoring rules of the competition. SBR one took slightly more time than another one I'm in with a basic 1/2/4/8/16/24 scoring system. Either way, not a whole lot of time.

i go back and look at all parts of the bracket at least 25 times between sunday at 4 pm and thursday at 9 am, but all in all, i make about 50 of my 63 picks very comfortably. there are always about 10-15, so an avg of say 13 games that i feel are true toss ups and then delve deeper into them. what always happens, is i go like 10-3 in those 13 games if i wouldve stuck with my initial pick, about 5-8 after i change it. but no matter what i say each yr about not changing first gut feelings, i always end up changing something during the 3.5 days between bracket release and first tip

    2 minutes.

But, I follow the conference tournaments and bracketology leading up to selection Sunday and have a good feel for the teams, or at least as good a feel as I'm ever going to get. When the bracket actually lands in my hands, it takes 2 minutes after decifering the scoring system and whatnot.

It's all a crapshoot anyway. No need to get all scientific.

Normally I pound it out in a minute. I've never won though so I took my time this year. Actually filling it out took 15 minutes but gathering the research to make my picks took a couple hours.

I have memorized the bracket, I think about the games as I'm driving, and especially as I'm drifting off to sleep

Fellas, this is how women make their picks.
The funny thing about that is it works more often than most people think.

I can't remember. I kept starting to pick, getting interupted and closing out, then starting again. Probably all tolled, about 10-15 minutes.
