Default All-sports schedules ?? Looking for help.

Lemme see if I can explain what I'm looking for help with:

I frequently get asked to commit to things weeks and months in the future. I have my own personal scheduler on an Outlook calendar which I check.

What I would like is to also have a reference for if there are any big sports events that day.

A good example of why I ask is, the last 2 American Thanksgivings I found myself doing volunteer stuff that I had committed to 6 weeks prior. So I gave up a very big $$$ day to do something where someone could easily have taken my place. If I had a reminder at the time I was asked, I would have just declined for the very valid reason that I would be working.

I was just asked to do something next Friday. I would like to do it but my participation is not critical and it wouldn't be a big deal if I opted out. The mind starts racing. Is the Gold medal hockey game that day? Is it the Final Four? (I know it's not the Final Four but it's just an example).

I can go check everything sport-by-sport. But I'm just wondering if anyone can relate to this and maybe has a suggestion.

The calender i gor from VIP comes in real handy.

Most likely not what you want but I have one in my den/computer room and makes a decent refferance to alot of sporting events

Thanks for the responses. I don't think I am ever going to find something that has everything but those could definitely help. I'll follow up.

Just now started looking Mudcat. Here is one link that seems like something you are asking for. I noticed these you have to pay for though. But enough of my yapping, here is the link:

Every time I read a post by Mudcat I'm just thankful that I didn't just eat prior to reading it as I'd lose my food.

The guy can't go one post without bragging or telling us about the charity work that he's doing.

I've seen this all too many times where a guy claims to have a halo above his head while he's covering up the horns with a baseball cap..

Might be a business opportunity for you there Mudcat. Start your own website containing all the neccessary info with multiple book links. I'm sure Raiders would put in a good word or two for ya, wouldn't ya Raiders?
