Pretty handy feature to use and e-mail customer service is important

It is truly pathetic to not be able to deal with e-mail in this day and age.
MVP/V-Wager - you're decent enough books but you need to get your act together in this regard. You've been sucking at it for too long.
Another otherwise good book that needs to join the 21st century and figure out how to handle e-mail consistently:
ABC Islands.

This test shows how far we STILL have to go. These replies should be returned in an hour.

The part that is worrisome about the books that failed to give a reply is that all of our emails are inquiries from NEW potential customers. The emails are not from players who have an account history or from players who may have been extremely annoying in the past (not that that matters at a top shop). If the books won’t answer an email from these players you better have a big agent business or plan to pack it in.
One of our next few email tests should go to all of the books who flunked an email test. We will give them a chance at redemption and also see who has a serious problem.

Just goes to show you that even a D-rated book like platinumsports.com (given as betplatinum.com in the ratings guide) can get high marks for customer service.

Regarding V-Wager's no response -- how can you expect that if the email address quoted by SBR is 'clien_services@v-wager.com'?![]()

I can however state for a certainty from personal experience that V-Wager/MVP are deserving of an F for their e-mail response to the addresses listed on their websites.
As it turns out, whether you use their proper addresses or just any old address - it amounts to the same thing with them.

Mudcat, when I was sending them emails as listed on their site (Client_Services@V-Wager.com) I rarely got a response, if any. However by changing the capital letters and just putting in client_services@v-wager.com I experienced a noticable change in receiving responses. I don't know if there's anything to it, but know for a fact, that some Linux servers do see a difference and treat such 'identical' email addresses as not the same.

Noted, magnavox.
That's some great feedback. Thanks.
I'll be contacting V-Wager probably tomorrow and see if they have any comment on the situation.
