Dont chase....Once you pay what you owe you can get your bearings right again and get into those positive #s...If you do chase a little dont overthink your picks. Its easy to second guess yourself when you've been losing...I think I am writing this for myself as much as for you cause Im in the same boat (for this week at least) GL.......

I lower my unit size drastically in whatever sport I am cold in and keep plugging away and once I start to get it again then I up my unit size. Or you can use the JJgold method of betting on both sides of the same game
A small break to clear the mind never hurts either.

Several good suggestions in this thread...
* Take a break
* Decrease unit size till you get your mojo back
* Don't chase
* I don't think it ever hurts to go back and do a "post-mortum" on why you wound up on the wrong side.
* Place a small bet on a huge money line favorite (Lakers over the Grizz at home, or whatever). You may not win much, but at least it breaks the losing streak.

I went 0-6 yesterday in NCABB. Lost nine units. I went on tilt last weekend. I ended up getting lucky on a second half tilt bet last week. I learned a lesson. I will just keep betting my normal patterns today, even though I was crushed yesterday. Good luck.
