    Don't like the software.

    Customer service is very good.

Bet offering leaves a lot to be desired.

I don't think they deserve to be a A or A+ book if that is where this is going, but I don't think that much of Bet365 either.

I consider them maybe slightly above the Tradewinds group which are rated C+. I think First Fidelity at a B+ is also better than them on pretty much every front except maybe that FF is too agressive marketing. JMO

It's the way that SBR played with the one day downgrade. They new exactly what BetJamaica was doing but made a one day downgrade for looks.

nothing is wrong with betjm....i just feel a one-day downgrade is pointless. What was the point of bumping them down for one day then bumping them back up less than 24 hours later?

I agree, is valid point for sure. First I like BJ a lot. When people start throwing the term "recreational book" around. I often feel like it is a cop out for we don't have a linesman who can handle more than the most basic players. Not the case with BJ, they certainly restrict sharps and steam chasers, but they are more reasonable about it, and they truely do offer some of the best customers service in the business.

I like BJ so don't want them to be hurt just because they are down on the biggest day of the year, but certainly nothing wrong with an A grade after placing their customers in a situation with no way to bet online on the Superbowl. Would an "A" for a month have killed them? JMO

Are people really bothered about this or have they got a specific anti-SBR agenda and trying to smear their name at every opportunity?

All the offshore rip-off merchants out there and people are getting in a fluster about the difference between an A and A+ rating.

Tacomax- So what you are saying is that SBR ratings are insignificant.

If SBR felt the need for a downgrade of BJam then it should have been a month as Lakerfan suggested. Has a one day downgrade ever been done before without an obvious error?

    Did I say that?

    Read the post again.

If you still can't figure out what I'm getting at, here it is again. I've put it in bold this time.
